High Five Academy recognizes the importance and value of every student completing a secondary education. Our commitment as a school is to reach every one of our students in order to help them to achieve success from their school experience. Our unique approach provides our students with the proper support system that will help lead them down the path to success.
High Five Academy is a Ministry-Inspected Private High School helping students achieve their High School diploma. We are authorized by the Ontario Ministry of Education grant credits for secondary students in Grade 9 – 12 who are working to complete their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). We offer courses in the following subjects: English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Our courses are developed and taught by Ontario Certified Teachers, and offer a wide variety of learning experiences, instructional approaches, and academic-support strategies that are intended to address the needs, interests, aspirations, or cultural background of each student. They are offered on a semester schedule or on a continuous intake basis, which means a student can enrol in a course anytime throughout the year. Each course is a minimum of 110 hours and offered in-person or online.
