School Fees

Tuition Fee: $6500.00 per school year or $650 per month for Full Day School and $5,500.00 per school year or $550 per month for Half Day Extended Kindergarten

Activity/Materials Fee: $200.00

Application Fee: $200.00 (non-refundable for new students)

Fee Details

Upon enrollment, new students starting in September will be charged a non-refundable initial deposit of the first month’s tuition fee, the activity/ materials fee and the application fee to guarantee a position at High Five Academy.

A 5% discount is offered for each additional sibling within the same family, which will only be applied towards the Tuition Fee. Payment Option 1, 2 or 3 may be selected in combination with the sibling discount. If Option 1 is selected, the sibling discount will apply in place of the 5% discount.

Tuition fees may be paid by cash, cheque, e-transfer, direct withdrawal, Visa or Mastercard. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Cheques should be made payable to: “High Five Academy for Learning Inc.” E-transfers should be sent to highfiveacademyforlearning@gmail.com.

Tuition Fee Options

  • Option 1- One Payment

Upon enrollment, an initial deposit will be made. Payment may be made in full by the first of August. If the tuition payment is made in full, then a 5% discount will be applied to the Tuition Fee only. The 5% sibling discount will override the 5% discount for this payment option.

  • Option 2: Two Payments

Upon enrollment, an initial deposit will be made. Payment may be made in two equal installments. The first payment is due by the first of August and the second by the first of January.

  • Option 3: Monthly Installments

Upon enrollment, an initial deposit will be made. Afterwards, payments may be made by post-dated cheques, automatic withdrawal or e-transfer on the first of each month, commencing on the first of August and ending on the first of May (10 installments in total). Payments may also be made by VISA or MasterCard, subject to a 3% surcharge.

Tuition Information

Tuition Fees are non-refundable. Parents will need to inform the Academy of any bank account changes at least 10 days in advance of the next automatic withdrawal payment date. In order to avoid incurring any extra charge, payments must be received and negotiable on or before the last banking day of each month for automatic withdrawal the following month. Parents will need to provide a VOID cheque and complete and sign a PAD authorization form upon acceptance if they choose automatic bank withdrawal.

There is a $50 fee applied to NSF cheques. This will be strictly enforced. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on all items remaining unpaid 30 days past the due date. Any parent intending to withdraw a student from the Academy must provide two months’ advance notice in writing. In the event that a student is asked to leave the school due to unacceptable behaviour and/or academic performance there will be no refund given for fees paid.
